PROMOTIONAL REWARD PROGRAMS
The Electrical Contractor Eaton Rewards Programme (the "Promotion") is open to sole trader electrical contractors in UK who buy Eaton PDC Products from a Rexel Branch and install the same provided they are age eighteen (18) or older (each an “Eligible Person”).
Eaton PDC products and Rexel Branch are both defined in Section II below.
By registering and participating in this Promotion, the Participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promotion is open only to Participants of eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of registration. Employees of Eaton Corporation (“Eaton”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter and any entries submitted by these individuals will be invalid.
Registration:
Entrants to the Promotion must:
1. Fill in a Contractor PAP/Growth plan with an Eaton account manager and;
2. activating thier Eaton Rewards account, by setting their password and accepting the programme terms and conditions.
When registration has been completed the Eligible Person becomes a ‘Participant’ in the Promotion. Only one person per organisation can be eligible to become a participant for this promotion.
Registering a claim: Participants will be required to provide total spend on Eaton PDC Products within each calendar month (provided it is a validated total spend from the Rexel Branch) and submit. All claims will be reviewed and eligibility to the Promotion confirmed within two weeks via email.

The Promotion is granted by Eaton Electric Limited, PO Box 554, Abbey Park, Southampton Road, Titchfield, Hampshire PO14 9ED (“Promoter”). The Promotion is administered by Eaton Electric Ltd and Corporate Rewards Ltd, 2nd Floor, 20 Timothys Bridge Road, Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire CV37 9BF.
The Promotion runs from 00:01 GMT 17th November 2020 until 23:59 GMT 30th June 2021 (the "Promotion Period")
The Promotion applies to Eaton PDC Products bought from a Rexel Branch during the Promotion Period.
Eaton PDC Products means any Eaton low voltage (LV) switchgear product.
Rexel Branch means any Rexel distributor branch in UK.
All claims should be submitted on or before the 31st August 2021, claims submitted after this date will not be valid.
Points will be awarded to each Participant based on eligible claims and excludes Eaton PDC Products returned to the Rexel Branch.
The Participant will be required to log claims for total Eaton PDC Products purchased on a monthly basis, which will be validated by Eaton and Rexel. Claims will be reviewed on a monthly basis. Claims for purchases bought longer than 3 months ago will not be approved.
When a claim is approved, the Participant will receive notification via email.
Reward: 50 points/£50 will then be awarded to their account on every £1000 minimum spent on Eaton PDC Products. 1 point is equivalent to £1.
If the claim is declined, the Participant will receive notification via email. The notification will contain an explanation of why the claim has been declined. The decision of the Promoter is final.

Participant points will expire after 12 months of allocation to the Participant’s account unless redemptions are made within that 12 month period.

Participants should ensure they log out from their Website account at the end of each session.
Any fraudulent activity of accounts, points balances points redemptions and prizes may result in the termination of Participants account and the cancellation of accrued points or rewards orders placed or both. The Promoter and Administrator shall seek to recover from the Participant any losses incurred as a result of fraudulent activity.
Points must be redeemed via the Website directly onto an Eaton Rewards MasterCard prepaid card.

Participants must agreed to the MasterCard terms and conditions on each of the card issues website at the time of activation. Additional cardholder fees apply.

In the case where the cumulative card claims reach the limit of £990 per financial/tax year, participants will be notified by Promoter.
The Participant acknowledges that the card issuer retains participant data and has the right to suspend the prepaid card service in the event of such an instruction being made by the Regulatory Authority or if miss-use or fraudulent activity is suspected. There is no liability for direct or indirect losses as a result of suspension of the prepaid card service.
If the Participant is no longer eligible to participate in the Programme for whatever reason the Participant has 30 days in which to use the funds after which the Card Issuer will remove funds from the card.
The Participant must advise the Card Issuer immediately on becoming aware that any prepaid card has been lost or stolen. Cards declared as lost in transit which have not been activated will be replaced by the Card Issuer.
Once a card is activated all risk for the funds on the card passes to the individual Participant. In the event of a lost, stolen or damaged card, the Card Issuer will issue a replacement card with the available balance at the point of notification transferred to a new card less a £5 charge for re-issuance.
In the case of mis-use or fraudulent activity of a prepaid card service, the Participant acknowledges that it must comply with all requests for data or actions to be taken as given by t the Card Issuer or any legal or regulatory body.

These terms and conditions, their interpretation and any contractual or non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with these are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales without regard to any conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising directly or indirectly out of these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in England and Wales.
